Compensation

Responsibilities
- Represent Martin Exteriors as the first point of contact for new customers!
- Schedule appointments and estimates with homeowners to match our home improvement products with their immediate and future needs
- Support your teammates in leadership and teamwork-based environment
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Comfortable meeting new clients in a door-to-door setting
- Motivated to maintain a fast pace and maximize the number of opportunities per day
