On November 10, 2020, winds estimated at 75 mph caused widespread damage in Fontana-on-Geneva-Lake, where at least 14 homes were damaged by falling trees and one lost its roof. On April 5, 2023, an EF-0 tornado caused shingle and soffit damage to a home in Lake Geneva’s Cobble Creek neighborhood. And on June 22, 2024, an EF-1 tornado that started at Delavan Lake took roofs off homes near Williams Bay before ending over Geneva Lake. Wind-driven hail 2.5 inches across hit Williams Bay on May 2, 2018.
