Residential Roofing
Most of our work is on homes, and most roofs we replace are done in a single day. Start with residential roofing for the big picture.
- Roof replacement: full tear-off to the deck, bad wood replaced, and a complete GAF roof system installed to the manufacturer’s specs.
- Roof repair: lifted shingles, cracked pipe boots, worn flashing and small leaks. If a repair will do the job, we’ll tell you.
- Chimney flashing repair: leaks around chimneys, walls and vents, fixed with new flashing.

- Metal roofing: a longer-lasting option for the right building.
- Attic ventilation: ridge, soffit and other vents, plus powered and solar attic fans, to help cut down on ice dams and attic heat.

Siding
Siding is the other half of our name. See siding installation for an overview. Most siding jobs take 1 to 2 days, most get new house wrap, and we install in winter too. Old siding comes off no matter what it is, asbestos included. We handle it.

- Vinyl siding: Mastic and Norandex vinyl. Low upkeep, lots of colors, and it often lasts 20 to 40 years.
- James Hardie fiber cement siding: a heavier, non-combustible board with a wood look, backed by James Hardie’s own product warranty.
- Siding repair: cracked, loose or storm hit boards replaced and matched to your house as closely as the product allows.
- Woodpecker siding damage repair: holes in wood or engineered wood siding, and when James Hardie is the lasting fix.
- Gutters: seamless, color matched gutters added to a new roof or siding job.
Storm Damage and Insurance Claims
Hail and wind are a fact of life here. After a storm, we inspect the roof and siding, document what we find with photos and measurements, and can meet your adjuster at the house. You stay in charge of your claim. We give you the documentation to back it up, and if it isn’t worth a claim, we’ll say so.
